I am dedicated to fostering innovation and efficiency, always seeking better ways to do things. I tackle challenges head-on, viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth. With a forward-thinking approach, I stay ahead of evolving trends that shape the future of business. Committed to developing and mentoring talent, I empower individuals to achieve ambitious goals and push their limits.

 

I gained extensive experience in the pipe business for over a decade before founding a tech company, RigCallOut, focused on the service quality required in the oil and gas industry. This venture was built on the demands and visibility essential for successful transactions in the oilfield. In 2023, the company was acquired by a firm specializing in the logistical and accuracy needs of oilfield water transfer and disposal. This experience rekindled my passion for the pipe industry, reminding me of unfinished business and new objectives I wanted to accomplish.

I draw inspiration from the wisdom of others, including my friend who once said, "If everything seems under control, you're not going fast enough." A sense of urgency is paramount to success! I believe in the relentless pursuit of excellence, even when the odds are slim, as an F1 legend once expressed: “I've always believed that you should never, ever give up and you should always keep fighting even when there's only the slightest chance.”

 

Furthermore, I resonate deeply with the value of being in the arena, facing challenges with courage and resilience: "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

These principles guide me in my personal and professional journey as I strive to make a meaningful impact and inspire others to do the same. The wisdom of the Navy SEALs, "The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in combat," perfectly encapsulates my belief in hard work, discipline, resilience, fortitude, honor, and integrity—values I uphold every day.
